Evelyn & Louis Professional Services, LLC is establishing
a Project Management Office (PMO) in Jacksonville, FL. This office will service
small-business owners who are skilful in their trade but, deficient in the administrative
and/or management skills to operate their day-to-day business activities. We will
create and promote programs and services which stimulate economic growth and development
in the small business community in Jacksonville, FL and the First Coast region.
As a dedicated PMO we will provide the oversight and coordination to deliver projects
on time and on budget by managing and reporting on the total schedule, risk, cost,
quality, scope, and resources across all projects within your company.
Our PMO objectives are to reduce major project cost overruns, delays, and
cancellations. And, with the suitable governance in place and from experience can
reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
